Bidders shall meet the following criteria or have relevant performance:

1.The bidder shall be an independent legal person or other organization compliant with the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People’s Republic of China.

2.The bidder or the manufacturer of the bid equipment must have supply experience of such equipment to 12-inch integrated circuit manufacturers.

3.The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the bid product or its legitimate agent; if an agent bids, it shall provide a formal authorization letter from the manufacturer of the bid product specifically for this project.

4.The bidder must complete valid registration on the Electronic Trading Platform for Mechanical and Electrical Products Bidding (hereinafter referred to as "MEP Bidding Platform", URL: http://www.chinabidding.com before the bid closing date.

5.Consortium bids are not accepted for this project.
