Hualinkena (Jiangsu) Semiconductor Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in the early 20th century, focusing on domestic wet process equipment and High purity fluid handling products which are mainly used in semiconductor, solar photovoltaic, electronics, chemical and other industries.

Products can be transported in the medium of nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, BOE, acetic acid, citric acid, ammonia, hydrogen peroxide, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide.


Wet Bench Division

Hualinkena produces more than 3,000 devices that run on customers' production lines.

The equipment department mainly supplies 17 kinds of etching process and 7 kinds of cleaning process.

Among the supply customers, silicon wafer production line accounted for 15%, LED chip production line accounted for 14%, MEMS production line accounted for 12%, liquid crystal display accounted for 8%, gallium nitride production line accounted for 6%......

Liquid supply system supply slurry > 40 kinds,chemical > 20 kinds,Fab > 60, 90% are more than 6 inch, 8 inch, 12 inch FAB, in the latest 14-28nm FAB, there are more than 200 sets of liquid supply system performance.

The products are fully benchmarked to international leading products, and are recognized by domestic and foreign customers.



Fluid Control Division

Hualinkena has provided high purity fluid solutions to more than 300 companies.

Materials Department has 1,000 clean room 800 square meters and 100 clean room 200 square meters, products are in the clean room for production, assembly, testing, packaging.

The clean room is equipped with 36 machines of various types such as extruder, injection molding machine and extruder. Tension meter, density meter, electric spark detector, oven and other testing equipment 15 sets; PFA tube production capacity of 100,000 meters/month, various types of products (including complex machining parts) can achieve short-term supply.
