PFA heating wire is a heating element with excellent high temperature performance and widely application. It is made of resistance wire.
Hualinekna PFA heating wire selected resistance wire as imported brand single stock high strength nickel-chromium combined gold wire, external coated with PFA resin.
The advantage of choosing nickel-chromium-gold wire
High temperature strength: nickel-chromium alloy has higher high temperature strength than iron-chromium aluminum, so it is not easy to deform when used at high temperature, which provides greater room for the arrangement choice of components.
After long-term use, the plasticity is still very good: even after long-term use of cooling down, nickel-chromium alloy will not become brittle, therefore, the heating element made with it is more reliable to use, and easy to repair after damage.
Better corrosion resistance: Nickel-chromium alloy has better corrosion resistance than unoxidized iron-chromium aluminum alloy.
Strong antioxidant performance: after special treatment, nickel-chromium alloy can have excellent antioxidant performance at high temperature, can maintain a long life in high temperature environment, reduce the frequency of replacement.
Advantages of the outsourced PFA resin
High temperature performance improvement: PFA has excellent high temperature performance, and its use temperature can range between-196℃ and 260℃. Therefore, coating outside the nickel-chrome wire improves the performance of the heating wire at high temperatures, allowing the heating wire to be used at higher temperatures.
Enhanced corrosion resistance: PTeflon has a good corrosion resistance, coated in the nickel-chromium and gold wire outside can protect the gold wire from oxidation and corrosion, improve the corrosion resistance of heating wire.
Extended the life of heating wire: the service life of heating wire can be extended through the anticorrosion and high temperature protection of PTFE.
Easy maintenance: PFA heating wire is easy to repair after damage.
Control of the key parameters in the processing process
When processing the PFA heating wire, Warrinkner will strictly control the key process parameters, including temperature, pressure, and speed. The control of these parameters directly affects the performance and service life of the heating wire.
Temperature: During processing, the temperature will affect the melting state and viscosity of PFA resin. If the temperature is too low, the resin may not be fully melted, resulting in the solid particles entrained in the heating wire, reducing its electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. If the temperature is too high, it may lead to excessive thermal decomposition of PFA, reducing its mechanical strength and electrical properties. Therefore, in order to produce a heating wire with excellent performance, the processing temperature needs to be accurately controlled.
Pressure: During processing, the pressure also affects the performance of PFA heating wire. If the pressure is too low, it may cause the PFA resin to fully fill the gap of nickel-chromium, produce bubbles or micropores, and reduce the mechanical strength and thermal conductivity of the heating wire. If the pressure is too high, it may cause PFA resin to overflow and overflow, or damage the internal structure of PFA heating wire, which will also affect its performance.
Speed: The processing speed determines the residence time of the PFA heating wire in the processing equipment. If the speed is too slow, it may cause the PFA resin to flow and fill adequately, creating bubbles or micropores. If the speed is too fast, it may make PFA resin not completely melted and evenly distributed, resulting in the quality of the heating wire.
