3. Bidder Qualification Requirements
Bidders must meet the following criteria:
If the bidder is a manufacturer, it shall provide a Manufacturer Qualification Declaration Letter (refer to Format IV-9-2); if the bidder is an agent, it shall provide a Qualification Declaration Letter (refer to Format IV-9-3) and a Power of Attorney issued by the manufacturer specifically for this project (refer to Format IV-9-4).
Original or copy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder’s opening bank within three months prior to the bid opening date.
The bidder must complete valid registration on the Electronic Trading Platform for Mechanical and Electrical Products Bidding (hereinafter referred to as the “MEP Bidding Platform”), designated by the Ministry of Commerce (URL: http://www.chinabidding.com), before the bid submission deadline.
Joint bids are not accepted.
