Qualifications or Performance Required for Bidders:
The manufacturer shall have experience in manufacturing similar equipment and a sales record. The manufacturer must have an agent or maintenance agency in China capable of providing long-term maintenance service support for the product. The equipment recommended by the bidder must be mature and reliable. Since January 2015, the bidder must have a sales record of more than 20 sets of the same type of AG etching solution concentration management equipment, more than 20 sets of ITO etching solution concentration management equipment (sulfonic acid series), and more than 20 sets of stripping solution concentration management equipment, with positive user feedback (the bidder must provide performance materials in the bid documents).
Once winning the bid, the bidder must be the contracting party signing the contract for this project with the tenderee. If the bidder is not capable of signing the contract with the tenderee, its bid will be rejected. (Note: The bidder, winner, and contracting party must be the same entity. It is not allowed for one entity to bid and another to sign the contract.)
