The 5th session of the 2023 Pan-Semiconductor Wet Process Exchange Conference: Chemical Fluid System Technology and Application Exchange Conference was successfully held in Nantong, Jiangsu Province. A total of 42 enterprises were invited to attend the meeting, with 96 participants.

Current session theme

The theme of this session is "Sound the horn of localization", the meeting aims to closely combine academic exchange activities and technical achievements sharing, better promote exchanges and cooperation, and promote the development of high purity fluid industry.

This session arranged a variety of forms of activities such as academic technical exchange reports, fluid demonstrations and practical operations to exchange the technology and application of high purity fluids in the field of wet method, and displayed more than 100 kinds of high purity fluid products.

Technical exchange report 

The specially invited speakers brought a feast of knowledge to the participants. After the report, the participants spoke freely and discussed warmly with the special guest speakers, and conducted deeper exchanges on subdivided topics and industry-related issues.

High purity Fluids exhibition Hall

The high purity fluid exhibition hall displayed more than 100 kinds of fluid products, and the relevant staff explained to promote the transformation of the listening results. Everyone in the exhibition hall actively discussed and said that they had gained a lot in this meeting.

CSE products in this exhibition hall include PFA tubes, PFA connectors, PFA manual diaphragm valves, discharge valves, check valves, air bags, diaphragm pumps, PTFE pistols, online heaters and other products, and show participants real-time clean workshop production, which has been recognized by the industry.

The 2023 Pan-semiconductor Wet Process Exchange held by CSE aims to build a professional and open platform for learning and communication, which will effectively improve the professional skills of industry practitioners, promote the advancement of semiconductor wet process technology, and promote the long-term development of wet process technology and application industry.
