1.Wet laboratory

2.Simulate fluid distribution and thermal field distribution

The use of simulation technology can be a systematic, scientific and reasonable calculation of possible situations in the future, effectively avoiding the waste of manpower and material resources, helping researchers and technical workers to make correct decisions, and helping engineers to deal with the problems encountered in physical and mechanical design and tolerance manufacturing. For example, by simulating wet chemical etching, the key physical processes involved in wet chemical etching can be described quantitatively, such as the geometric changes caused by the etching process. Etching behavior can also be predicted, changing its parameters to continue optimizing the system design, thereby increasing etching rates.
